We did not have any foals in 2009 and will be expecting only one or two this spring. We are cutting down our breeding and our herd due to time constraints and the economy. If you see any horse on this site you are interested in, please email or call....I am motivated to place several more this summer of 2010.
Shadybrook EZpresso Like strong coffee this bay medicine hat pinto came into the world...running and exploring within a few minutes of his birth!! Very lively and full of attitude...we are very proud to produce such a handsome colt!! UPDATE: I will be clipping EZ soon and as he is shedding his baby fuzz I see his "hat" coming in as solid black...maybe he is not bay pinto but black pinto...will know soon. Either way he is one handsome foal!!! He is offered for sale...email for more photos, video and information.
Please meet....Shadybrook aZalea ....born on Sept. 23, 2008 and much to our surprise. We did not breed for a late fall foal and thought our Shadybrook Easter Lilly was just "fat" on summer pasture...so imagine how I felt to walk behind the barn to see this tiny little girl, up and nursing! Her sire is Arions Zipit, sold to Valley View Miniatures in Indiana. Apparently Zipit and Lilly had their own plans...
